Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and ensure an efficient, professional work environment.
Job Responsibility:
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
Prepare, edit, and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations
Answer phones, respond to emails, and serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Maintain filing systems, records, and office documentation
Assist with travel arrangements, expense reports, and invoice processing
Support team projects, meeting logistics, and general office coordination
Order office supplies and help maintain smooth day-to-day operations
Perform additional administrative duties as needed
Requirements:
Previous experience in an administrative support role preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
High school diploma required
