Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and ensure an efficient, professional work environment. The ideal candidate will be proactive, dependable, and capable of managing multiple administrative tasks while providing excellent internal and external customer service.
Job Responsibility:
Provide day-to-day administrative support to managers and team members
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
Schedule meetings, appointments, and conference rooms
Prepare, edit, and format documents, reports, and presentations
Maintain filing systems, records, and office databases
Order office supplies and help manage vendor relationships
Greet visitors and assist with front desk coverage as needed
Coordinate mail distribution, shipping, and deliveries
Assist with data entry, expense reports, and invoice processing
Support special projects and other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
1+ years of administrative, clerical, or office support experience preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
