We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Clinton Township, Michigan. This long-term contract position offers an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong organizational and administrative skills to contribute to a focused project. The ideal candidate will thrive in a structured environment and excel in handling documentation and data conversion tasks.
Job Responsibility:
Organize and retrieve physical medical record files from storage for processing
Scan, categorize, and group specific documents from medical files according to established guidelines
Accurately prepare and label various document types to ensure proper organization
Collaborate with the Health Information Management team to facilitate electronic storage of participant files
Maintain meticulous records and ensure all scanned documents meet quality standards
Provide general administrative support, including answering inbound calls and managing office tasks
Ensure data entry processes are completed efficiently and with high accuracy
Assist with receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and handling inquiries
Coordinate and communicate effectively with team members to meet project deadlines
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative roles
Proficiency in data entry and document scanning processes
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Experience with receptionist duties and answering inbound calls
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Nice to have:
Familiarity with electronic document management systems is a plus
