We are looking for a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team in Winter Park, Florida. Job Responsibility:
Manage daily administrative tasks, including maintaining office supplies and organizing the breakroom
Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes with attention to detail
Answer incoming calls professionally and assist with inquiries as needed
Ensure the office environment is welcoming and presentable at all times
Coordinate catered lunches for the team, including setup and cleanup
Perform receptionist duties, greeting visitors and managing front desk activities
Accurately enter data and maintain records using company systems
Support overall office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
Requirements:
Proven experience in administrative roles, with a focus on professionalism and reliability
Proficiency in handling accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage incoming calls and provide excellent customer service
Familiarity with data entry and record-keeping
Experience in maintaining office supplies and coordinating team activities
