Administrative Assistant role for a global leader in the design and distribution of innovative fitness equipment, located at their headquarters in Anjou (East Montreal). The position involves supporting office operations, executive tasks, and customer experience in a dynamic, modern environment.
Job Responsibility:
Manage phone calls and welcome partners, vendors, and guests to the office
Supervise inventory (office supplies, uniforms, coffee), coordinate outsourced maintenance services, and ensure the proper functioning of facilities (gym, air conditioning)
Assist in organizing corporate events, translate documents (English/French), and support renovation or office relocation projects
Coordinate equipment needs with the IT department and maintain a work environment according to established standards
Requirements:
Must have access to a personal vehicle and a valid driver's license for occasional local travel
DEC in administration or equivalent
1 to 3 years of experience in an administrative role
Proficiency in French and English (oral and written)
Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
