Job Responsibility:
Manage calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements for executives and property leaders
Prepare and maintain lease files, tenant documents, vendor contracts, and compliance records
Support onboarding of new tenants, move-in packages, insurance documentation, and contact updates
Assist with project documentation, permitting files, and city/county submissions
Coordinate investor reports, meeting materials, and internal presentations
Help monitor key deadlines related to lease renewals, options, notices, and property milestones
Update and maintain CRM, tenant lists, and property management software
Support accounts payable tasks: invoice coding, approvals routing, and vendor onboarding
Greet visitors, manage reception duties, and assist with office operations
Requirements:
2–4+ years administrative experience
real estate admin strongly preferred
Strong communication skills and polished professional presence
Experience with Yardi, AppFolio, MRI, or similar is a plus
Organized, detail-oriented, and excellent with multi-tasking
Comfortable interacting with property managers, tenants, and vendors
Nice to have:
