Job Responsibility:
Perform general administrative tasks such as managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining records
Handle incoming phone calls professionally and direct them to the appropriate departments
Conduct accurate data entry to support office operations
Assist with receptionist duties, including welcoming visitors and managing inquiries
Support light accounting tasks, with training provided by the employer
Maintain organization of office supplies and ensure inventory is well-stocked
Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes
Provide assistance in preparing reports and presentations as needed

Requirements:
Proven experience in administrative support roles
