Our client is in need of a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join their team in San Antonio area. In this role, you’ll provide essential support to ensure smooth daily operations, from managing schedules to communicating effectively with team members and stakeholders. This position requires a reliable, proactive individual who can handle multiple tasks with efficiency and a strong attention to detail.
Job Responsibility:
Coordinate and maintain schedules, including arranging meetings and appointments
Answer and direct inbound calls, ensuring prompt and attentive communication
Manage calendars and prioritize tasks to optimize time management
Prepare correspondence and documentation with high attention to detail
Handle receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and managing inquiries
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times
Collaborate with team members to support administrative projects and tasks
Utilize Adobe InDesign for document preparation and formatting
Ensure effective written and verbal communication within the organization
Organize and manage office supplies and administrative tools as needed
Requirements:
Proven experience in administrative roles, showcasing organizational and multitasking skills
Expertise in coordinating schedules and managing calendars
Proficiency in answering and directing calls professionally
Strong written communication skills for preparing correspondence and documentation
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly
Familiarity with Adobe InDesign for document creation and formatting
Effective interpersonal and communication abilities to collaborate with team members
Previous experience in receptionist or similar office duties is preferred
