We are looking for a skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Monterey, California. This role requires a highly organized individual with strong communication skills to support daily administrative operations and scheduling needs. The position will involve working closely with multiple team members, managing calendars, and utilizing various software tools to ensure smooth workflow.
Job Responsibility:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, including managing calendars for executives
Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events efficiently
Draft and format correspondence, reports, and other documents using Microsoft Word and Excel
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, ensuring accurate communication
Perform data entry tasks with precision to maintain accurate records
Utilize Microsoft Outlook to manage email correspondence and organize schedules
Prepare presentations and reports using Microsoft PowerPoint
Maintain flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks
Support office operations by managing forms, spreadsheets, and other administrative tasks
Deliver excellent customer service in all interactions with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative roles
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple calendars and schedules effectively
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Capability to handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
Flexibility to adapt to dynamic tasks and priorities
