Job Responsibility
Manage day-to-day administrative activities to keep office operations organized and running smoothly
Receive and direct incoming calls in a courteous and efficient manner, taking messages and routing inquiries appropriately
Welcome visitors and provide front-desk assistance while maintaining an organized office environment
Enter, update, and maintain information in internal records with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Prepare, organize, and file documents so that materials are easy to access and properly maintained
Assist with general office coordination, including scheduling, correspondence, and routine clerical support
Monitor administrative requests and follow up on outstanding items to ensure timely completion of tasks
Requirements
Prior experience in an administrative, office support, or receptionist role
Ability to handle a high volume of inbound calls with professionalism and clear communication
Strong data entry skills with careful attention to accuracy and detail
Proficiency with standard office practices, document handling, and administrative procedures
