We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Moorestown, New Jersey. This long-term contract position offers an opportunity to support daily operations in a dynamic environment within the construction industry. The ideal candidate will be skilled in administrative tasks and have strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Job Responsibility:
Manage incoming and outgoing calls, ensuring clear communication and prompt resolution of inquiries
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and maintaining positive relationships
Perform accurate data entry to maintain organized and up-to-date records
Coordinate email correspondence, responding promptly and courteously to inquiries
Schedule and manage appointments to ensure efficient use of time and resources
Utilize Microsoft Excel to create and update spreadsheets and reports
Prepare well-crafted documents using Microsoft Word
Organize presentations and materials using Microsoft PowerPoint
Maintain office organization and ensure supplies are well-stocked and readily available
Collaborate with team members to support various administrative functions
Requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
Experience in customer service or handling inbound and outbound calls
Capable of working independently as well as part of a team
Previous experience in administrative roles within a detail-oriented environment preferred
Nice to have:
Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus but not required
