Job Responsibility
Welcome visitors and serve as the first point of contact for incoming calls, providing courteous and attentive assistance
Manage a variety of administrative tasks such as scheduling, document preparation, filing, and general office coordination
Enter and maintain information with a high level of accuracy across office records and internal documents
Support client-facing communication by responding promptly, relaying messages clearly, and helping ensure a positive experience
Use Microsoft Office tools to create correspondence, update spreadsheets, and organize routine administrative materials
Monitor day-to-day office needs and help keep workflows running smoothly in a fast-paced, in-person setting
Assist team members with clerical and receptionist-related duties as priorities shift throughout the workweek
Requirements
Prior experience in administrative support, front desk, office coordination, or a similar business support role
Strong verbal and written communication skills with a detail-oriented and approachable demeanor
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and confidence working with computers and standard office technology
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document handling
Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining organization and follow-through
Comfortable handling inbound calls and interacting with clients in a courteous and effective manner
