We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. This long-term contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys creating an organized, welcoming environment while managing a variety of administrative tasks. The person in this role will serve as a key point of contact for incoming communications, maintain accurate records, and help ensure the office runs efficiently.
Job Responsibility
Manage front-office activities by greeting visitors, directing inquiries, and creating a welcoming first impression for the organization
Respond to incoming calls promptly, route messages to the appropriate team members, and provide helpful information when needed
Perform a range of administrative support tasks, including scheduling, document preparation, filing, and general office coordination
Enter, update, and maintain records with a high level of accuracy to support day-to-day business operations
Monitor office workflows and assist with routine clerical duties to keep processes organized and on schedule
Support reception coverage and handle basic office communications in a courteous and efficient manner
Requirements
Prior experience in an administrative support, office assistant, or receptionist role
Ability to handle inbound phone communication professionally and confidently
Strong data entry skills with close attention to accuracy and detail
Working knowledge of general office procedures and administrative best practices
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in standard office software and administrative tools
