Job Description

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. This long-term contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys creating an organized, welcoming environment while managing a variety of administrative tasks. The person in this role will serve as a key point of contact for incoming communications, maintain accurate records, and help ensure the office runs efficiently.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage front-office activities by greeting visitors, directing inquiries, and creating a welcoming first impression for the organization
  • Respond to incoming calls promptly, route messages to the appropriate team members, and provide helpful information when needed
  • Perform a range of administrative support tasks, including scheduling, document preparation, filing, and general office coordination
  • Enter, update, and maintain records with a high level of accuracy to support day-to-day business operations
  • Monitor office workflows and assist with routine clerical duties to keep processes organized and on schedule
  • Support reception coverage and handle basic office communications in a courteous and efficient manner

Requirements

  • Prior experience in an administrative support, office assistant, or receptionist role
  • Ability to handle inbound phone communication professionally and confidently
  • Strong data entry skills with close attention to accuracy and detail
  • Working knowledge of general office procedures and administrative best practices
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in standard office software and administrative tools
