We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Norwalk, Connecticut. Job Responsibility:
Perform accurate data entry to maintain and organize records
Manage and respond to email correspondence in a timely and detail-oriented manner
Utilize Microsoft Outlook to schedule meetings and manage calendars effectively
Create and edit documents using Microsoft Word to support various administrative needs
Provide support to team members during peak workload periods or staff absences
Ensure all office operations are running smoothly by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Assist in preparing reports and presentations as required
Monitor and order office supplies to ensure availability when needed
Requirements:
Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail
Strong skills in managing email correspondence professionally and efficiently
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Outlook for scheduling and communication
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word for document creation and editing
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Effective written and verbal communication skills

Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
