We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and ensure organizational efficiency. This role will provide administrative and clerical support while maintaining accurate records and assisting with general office functions.
Job Responsibility
Perform a variety of administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and document management
Maintain accurate records and ensure proper organization of files (both electronic and physical)
Assist with scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating appointments
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner
Support day-to-day office operations including ordering supplies and maintaining office organization
Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations as needed
Assist leadership or team members with additional administrative tasks and special projects
Requirements
Minimum 2+ years of administrative or office support experience required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong experience with record keeping and document management
Knowledge of basic office administrative functions and procedures
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment
