We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team in Charleston, South Carolina. Job Responsibility:
Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a clean and organized workspace and managing inventory for office supplies
Coordinate travel plans, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation for company owners
Manage calendars by scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences to optimize efficiency
Welcome and assist clients and visitors with professionalism and a positive attitude
Prepare, format, and proofread documents to ensure accuracy and quality
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence promptly and efficiently
Provide general administrative support to the team, adapting to various tasks as needed
Requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Capacity to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
Dependable with a consistent track record of punctuality
Self-motivated and quick to learn new processes
