Job Responsibility:
Greet clients upon arrival and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience
Schedule and manage appointments using calendar tools, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Review and proofread completed tax forms for errors and discrepancies
Assemble and organize final tax documents, ensuring all required materials are included
Perform data entry tasks in Excel, utilizing sorting functions for efficiency
Navigate and process QuickBooks files provided by clients, including printing necessary documentation
Maintain accurate and organized filing systems for office records and documents
Assist with general administrative tasks such as answering calls and responding to emails
Utilize Outlook for managing communications and scheduling
Support front office operations with attention to detail
Requirements:
Proven experience in administrative or receptionist roles, preferably in a tax consulting environment
Proficiency in scheduling appointments and managing calendars
Strong attention to detail, particularly in proofreading and reviewing documents
Familiarity with QuickBooks and the ability to navigate client-provided files
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, including sorting and organizing data
Competence in using Microsoft Outlook for email and scheduling purposes
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to provide exceptional customer service in an environment that requires attention to detail
