Our client, a leading alternative investment specialist, is seeking a Temporary Administrative Assistant to join their NYC team. Schedule Monday - Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm, hybrid. Position starts on/around January 5th, 2026. Temp duration is 3+ weeks with potential to extend.
Job Responsibility:
Provide administrative support to the BD team
Manage calendars and schedules, booking virtual and in person meetings
Perform regular travel and expense report preparation
Arrange and coordinate international and domestic travel including flights, hotels, and car services
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree required
2+ years of administrative experience supporting teams
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook
Flexible and down-to-earth professional with a collaborative workstyle
