Job Responsibility:
Greet and direct visitors, providing a welcoming and attentive experience
Manage word processing tasks, filing systems, and document distribution, including faxing
Assist in preparing presentations and maintaining accurate data records, including mail merges
Conduct internet research to support various projects and initiatives
Collaborate with team members to provide administrative support for ongoing projects
Organize and maintain office supplies to ensure seamless operations
Respond promptly to inquiries and provide excellent customer service
Ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of all data entry tasks
Coordinate schedules and appointments to optimize time management for the team
Requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access
Strong internet research capabilities
Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role preferred
