Job Responsibility:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth office operations

Greet visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming and attentive reception experience
Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and events

Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary

Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information and documents
Requirements:
Proven experience in administrative assistance or a similar role
