We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Woodmere, Ohio. Job Responsibility:
Organize and scan documents efficiently, particularly during peak periods such as tax season
Perform general administrative tasks to support day-to-day office operations
Utilize Microsoft Office applications proficiently to complete tasks and manage office workflows
Operate and maintain basic office equipment such as scanners and printers
Maintain a well-organized workspace to promote productivity and efficiency
Answer inbound phone calls and provide courteous assistance to callers
Manage data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
Assist with receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and handling inquiries
Stand for extended periods when required to complete specific tasks
Requirements:
Previous experience in an administrative or detail-oriented corporate setting
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with other general office technology
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable standing for extended periods when necessary
