We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team. Job Responsibility:
Answer incoming calls professionally and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments
Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
Organize and maintain office files, records, and documentation
Support team members with various administrative duties as needed
Manage the reception area, greet visitors, and ensure a welcoming environment
Coordinate appointments and schedules to facilitate seamless operations
Handle correspondence and communication, including emails and memos
Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation
Monitor office supplies and coordinate orders to ensure adequate inventory
Contribute to maintaining a positive and productive office atmosphere
Requirements:
Proven experience in administrative support roles
