We are looking for a bilingual Administrative Assistant fluent in both English and Spanish to join our team in Tampa, Florida. This Contract position involves providing vital administrative support to ensure the smooth operations of a small office environment. The role requires strong organizational skills and a customer-focused approach to assist with daily office functions and events.
Job Responsibility:
Welcome clients and visitors while managing front-desk operations
Enter orders and assist with invoicing
Organize and maintain office systems, including filing, breakroom upkeep, and conference room arrangements
Provide support for trade shows and company-hosted events
Handle mailings, manage office supplies, and perform general administrative tasks
Utilize Microsoft Office Suite to create and maintain spreadsheets with basic to intermediate proficiency
Requirements:
Fluency in both English and Spanish
At least 5 years of experience in administrative roles
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word
Familiarity with QuickBooks is an advantage, but training is available
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Friendly demeanor with strong focus on detail and customer-oriented communication skills
