We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Fresno, California. In this short-term contract position, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth office operations and supporting various administrative functions. Job Responsibility:
Handle incoming calls professionally, providing accurate information or redirecting calls as needed
Perform data entry tasks with precision, maintaining up-to-date and accurate records
Support daily administrative operations, including scheduling, filing, and correspondence
Act as the first point of contact for visitors, handling receptionist duties with a welcoming demeanor
Utilize SAP systems to manage data and generate reports
Coordinate office activities to ensure efficiency and adherence to company policies
Assist in preparing documents, presentations, and reports as required
Collaborate with team members to resolve administrative challenges and streamline processes
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in a food processing or related industry
Proficiency in data entry and administrative tasks with a strong attention to detail
Experience in handling inbound calls and receptionist duties
Must have SAP experience
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and contribute to a team-oriented environment
