We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team on a contract basis. Based in Richardson, Texas, this role will be integral to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, providing support to staff, and maintaining a welcoming environment for visitors. The ideal candidate will have a strong administrative background and excellent organizational skills.
Job Responsibility:
Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive and attentive first impression
Manage front desk operations, including answering calls and responding to inquiries
Coordinate with vendors to handle office supplies and catering needs
Communicate announcements and updates to staff efficiently
Facilitate conference room bookings and assist with office space arrangements for executives
Process service tickets and work orders using the internal ticketing system
Organize and oversee facility catering arrangements, ensuring timely delivery and setup
Utilize technology tools like Slack, Google Suite, and Coupa to streamline administrative tasks
Support data entry and documentation tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
Requirements:
Proven experience in administrative or receptionist roles
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in tools such as Slack, Google Suite, and Coupa
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with booking systems and vendor coordination
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
Comfortable working in a contract position
