Job Responsibility:
Manage daily administrative tasks to support office operations efficiently
Answer and direct incoming calls professionally, ensuring clear communication and excellent customer service
Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized records for easy retrieval
Coordinate and oversee receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and managing inquiries
Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and other administrative functions
Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documentation as needed
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects and tasks
Monitor office supplies and coordinate replenishment when necessary
Maintain a clean and organized workspace to support productivity
Requirements:
Proven experience in administrative assistance or a similar role
Proficiency in answering calls and directing inquiries with professionalism
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to handle data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
