Job Responsibility:
Coordinate HR activities including recruitment, scheduling, and other administrative tasks
Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain precise and organized records
Offer administrative support to leadership and team members to streamline operations
Manage office tasks such as scheduling appointments, coordinating calendars, and arranging travel plans
Deliver outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries promptly and professionally
Monitor office supply inventory and ensure the workspace is tidy and welcoming
Provide direct assistance to the President as needed to support executive functions
Contribute to special projects and organizational initiatives as assigned
Requirements:
Creative and design background, familiarity with Adobe and Canva
Proven experience in administrative support roles
Proficiency in managing inbound calls and providing receptionist duties
Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
Familiarity with general office operations and procedures
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
High level of professionalism and attention to detail
