We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Birmingham, Michigan. In this role, you will provide essential support to ensure smooth office operations and assist with a variety of administrative tasks. This is a Contract to permanent position, offering an excellent opportunity for growth within a dynamic work environment.
Job Responsibility:
Assist with entering and packaging tax returns to ensure accuracy and timely completion
Scan and organize documents into the system for efficient access and record-keeping
Manage office supplies by tracking inventory, ordering items, and restocking kitchen supplies
Coordinate lunch orders for office events such as lunch-and-learns
Cover receptionist duties during breaks and lunches, including greeting visitors and answering calls
Support onboarding processes for new hires and handle additional administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
Possess excellent communication and customer service skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
Demonstrate proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Exhibit the ability to work independently while quickly adapting to new tasks and systems
Show strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all administrative responsibilities
Have a minimum of 3 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant
Display familiarity with handling multi-line phone systems and data entry processes
