Document all member issues and resolutions in the member's narrative within the Lynx system
Schedule appointments for members across all departments
Assist members with their Member Portal, including resolving password issues
Input complaint details into the Lynx system, including member and staff information, subject of complaint, description, and resolution
Make outgoing calls to members as required
Respond to all emails from the assigned Email Follow-up lists
Stay updated with the organization's policies and procedures to provide accurate and consistent responses to questions
Participate in advocacy and outreach campaigns by contacting members, community leaders, and others
