We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant for an ongoing opportunity with our team. Job Responsibility:
Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and calendars for leaders and team members
Prepare, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations
Coordinate meetings, conference calls, and events (including logistics, agendas, and materials)
Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications in a professional manner
Maintain organized files, records, and documentation (physical and electronic)
Process expense reports, purchase orders, and invoices as required
Order office supplies and manage inventory
Support team projects with research, tracking, and reporting duties as needed
Complete other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and office equipment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail and time management abilities
Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing priorities
Demonstrated professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information
