Our client in the biotech industry is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and team coordination in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
Job Responsibility:
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for team members and leadership
Prepare, edit, and distribute correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting materials
Answer phones, respond to emails, and serve as a professional point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Maintain filing systems, records, and office documentation with a high level of accuracy
Assist with travel arrangements, expense reporting, and invoice processing
Support departmental projects, meeting logistics, and cross-functional communication
Monitor office supplies and coordinate orders as needed
Perform additional administrative tasks to support business operations
Requirements:
Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar administrative support role
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work independently
Professional demeanor and ability to handle confidential information
