Job Responsibility:
Take comprehensive notes during client meetings, documenting decisions and action items clearly and efficiently
prepare and share meeting documentation, proposals, and follow-up communications to ensure seamless client engagement
provide administrative and project coordination support to the Director of Sales and Operations
keep client files, project records, and spreadsheets updated and organized for easy access
assist in creating high-quality presentations, detailed reports, and schedules for both clients and internal teams
coordinate with team members to address client needs effectively and maintain high standards of service
Requirements:
Bachelors degree
1+ years administrative OR client services experience
strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
exceptional organizational and time management skills
