We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to a dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys multitasking, and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly. The position is fully in-office during the initial training period, with the potential to transition to a hybrid schedule based on performance and business needs. The hours are Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM-5:00 PM.
Job Responsibility:
Provide overall administrative and office support to ensure efficient daily operations
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
Arrange and coordinate domestic and/or international travel
Serve as a point of contact for phone and email communications
Prepare materials and logistics for meetings, conferences, and events
Coordinate team lunches, meetings, and internal events
Assist with project coordination, tracking timelines, and follow-ups
Maintain organized records, files, and documentation
Support various departments with ad hoc administrative tasks
Requirements:
Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
Nice to have:
