Job Responsibility:
Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments, ensuring attentive and courteous communication
Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail to maintain up-to-date records
Provide receptionist duties, including welcoming visitors and addressing inquiries
Support office operations by organizing and managing documentation and correspondence
Utilize Microsoft Office Suites to prepare reports, presentations, and other administrative materials
Coordinate schedules and appointments to streamline office workflows
Assist in maintaining an organized and efficient office environment
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of administrative tasks
Handle confidential information with discretion and care
Requirements:
Proven experience in administrative roles, including receptionist duties and data entry
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong verbal and written communication skills for handling calls and correspondence
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
