We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and provide administrative support to internal teams. This role requires strong organizational skills, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibility:
Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and document preparation
Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence
Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars
Maintain accurate records and update internal databases
Order office supplies and assist with office organization
Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials as needed
Support team members and management with ad hoc tasks and projects
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
Previous administrative or office support experience strongly preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
experience with other office software a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
Professional demeanor and customer-service mindset
