Job Responsibility:
Act as the first point of contact by welcoming visitors and maintaining a detail-oriented and friendly front desk atmosphere
Oversee office supplies, lunch orders, and equipment repairs to ensure seamless daily operations
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier deliveries promptly and efficiently
Support licensing, contracts, and compliance-related administrative tasks with accuracy
Maintain organized records and documentation to streamline office processes
Assist with billing tasks and provide support for various administrative projects as needed
Collaborate with the team to ensure all office functions run smoothly and effectively
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and the ability to quickly learn new software
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members professionally
A proactive and team-oriented attitude with a willingness to take on additional responsibilities
Familiarity with receptionist duties, data entry, and answering inbound calls
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
