Job Description

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join a team in Wilmington, Delaware. This is a contract position lasting 4-6 weeks, with a Monday to Friday schedule and business casual office environment. The ideal candidate will excel at managing administrative tasks, maintaining confidentiality, and supporting day-to-day operations effectively.

Job Responsibility

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in administrative support roles

  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
  • Experience with scheduling and calendar management
  • Familiarity with receptionist duties, including answering calls and data entry
