We are looking for a skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. This long-term contract position offers the opportunity to support daily operations and ensure smooth administrative processes. Job Responsibility:
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
Answer inbound calls and direct them to the appropriate departments or personnel
Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
Assist with receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and managing correspondence
Support the preparation and organization of income tax return documents
Maintain and update office files and records as needed
Coordinate schedules and meetings to facilitate team operations
Handle confidential information with professionalism and care
Communicate effectively with team members and clients to address inquiries and resolve issues
Requirements:
Proven experience in administrative assistance or a related role
Proficiency in handling inbound calls and managing office communications
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Familiarity with data entry processes and office software
Experience in receptionist duties, including greeting clients and managing correspondence
Knowledge of income tax return preparation is preferred
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
