We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Pompano Beach, Florida. Job Responsibility:
Handle inbound calls professionally, providing accurate information and redirecting queries appropriately
Perform general office duties, including filing, organizing documents, and maintaining records
Assist with data entry tasks to ensure accuracy and completeness of information
Manage reception area responsibilities, welcoming visitors and maintaining a clean, organized front desk
Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and other administrative events
Ensure office supplies are adequately stocked and handle procurement as needed
Support team members with administrative tasks to facilitate efficient workflow
Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information and documents
Prepare reports, letters, and other correspondence as required
Requirements:
Proven experience in administrative support or a similar role
Strong proficiency in data entry and organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Familiarity with standard office equipment and software
Detail-oriented approach and customer service skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
