Job Responsibility:
Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to office leadership and staff
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate internal and external appointments
Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentation materials
Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)
Support front‑desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering incoming calls
Assist with data entry, documentation, and general office coordination
Help with special projects and process improvements as assigned
Requirements:
1+ year of administrative or office support experience
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast‑paced environment
Detail‑oriented with strong follow‑through
