Our client, a well-established non-profit organization, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide essential support within a fast-paced executive setting. This role includes managing complex calendars and coordinating closely with internal and external stakeholders, while supporting day-to-day administrative operations in partnership with senior executive assistants.

coordinating meetings and logistics with internal and external stakeholders
serving as a professional point of contact within the executive suite
anticipating scheduling conflicts and resolving them proactively
preparing materials and correspondence for meetings
providing general administrative and logistical support as needed
collaborating closely with other executive assistants to ensure seamless coverage and continuity
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in an administrative or executive support role
demonstrated strength in calendar management and prioritization
excellent written and verbal communication skills
a high level of professionalism and discretion
strong organizational skills with attention to detail
