You’ll work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams, playing a key role in communication, coordination, and overall office productivity.
Job Responsibility:
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
Handle email correspondence and act as a point of contact for internal and external communication
Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed
Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)
Assist with office coordination, supplies, and vendor communication
Support project tracking and follow-ups to ensure deadlines are met
Coordinate meetings, including logistics and preparation of materials
Assist with data entry, recordkeeping, and administrative reporting
Provide general support to leadership and team members as needed
Requirements:
Two to four years of administrative or office support experience
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Nice to have:
Experience supporting executives or multiple departments
Familiarity with project coordination or operations support
Experience with scheduling tools, CRMs, or internal systems
Strong problem-solving skills and proactive mindset
