Job Responsibility:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure daily office operations run efficiently
Manage billing processes, including preparing, reviewing, and distributing invoices
Maintain accurate records and documentation for client accounts and internal operations
Communicate effectively with clients and team members to address inquiries and resolve issues
Oversee office management tasks such as scheduling meetings, organizing files, and ordering supplies
Utilize billing software to generate statements and ensure timely processing of payments
Assist in drafting and updating administrative policies and procedures
Coordinate with team members to ensure deadlines and project milestones are met
Handle confidential information with a high degree of discretion
Identify opportunities to improve administrative workflows and suggest practical solutions
Requirements:
Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within an accounting or legal environment
Proficiency in using billing software and managing billing functions
Strong organizational skills with an ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial records and documents
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant administrative tools
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
