Robert Half is partnering with a respected local organization to hire a detail‑oriented Administrative Assistant who will keep day‑to‑day office operations running smoothly. This role supports multiple stakeholders, manages calendars and documents, and is often the first point of contact for visitors and callers.
Job Responsibility:
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate conference rooms/travel
Draft, edit, and format correspondence, reports, and presentations
Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems
Answer and route incoming calls
greet visitors and provide a professional front‑office experience
Process expense reports, purchase orders, and basic invoicing
Support meeting prep: agendas, minutes, presentation materials, catering/AV coordination
Track office supplies
liaise with vendors as needed
Assist with data entry and updates in spreadsheets/CRM platforms
Requirements:
1–3+ years of administrative/office support experience (professional services, healthcare, nonprofit, manufacturing all welcome)
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Teams/SharePoint a plus
Strong written and verbal communication
excellent organization and follow‑through
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
Comfort in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
