We are looking for a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our client's team in Broad Brook, Connecticut. This Contract to permanent position offers the opportunity to support key administrative functions, including meeting coordination and membership management. The ideal candidate will thrive in a structured environment and demonstrate exceptional organizational skills.
Job Responsibility:
Record accurate and detailed meeting minutes during scheduled sessions held twice monthly
Coordinate and manage membership renewals, ensuring timely processing between October and January
Perform general administrative duties, such as answering calls and maintaining office workflows
Handle data entry tasks with precision and attention to detail
Serve as the first point of contact by managing receptionist responsibilities effectively
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth execution of administrative processes
Maintain organized records and documentation to support operational needs
Assist in scheduling and preparing materials for meetings and events
Provide support for other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
Strong ability to record and summarize meeting minutes with accuracy
Proficiency in managing membership renewals or similar processes
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Familiarity with data entry and office management systems
Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
Comfortable working onsite in Broad Brook, Connecticut
Ability to adapt to varying tasks and work independently when required
