A growing property management company needs an Administrative Assistant to manage tenant inquiries, process lease paperwork, and field phone calls regarding rentals and maintenance. You’ll deliver exceptional customer service to residents, contractors, and property owners. Responsibilities include updating databases, organizing files, and scheduling property visits.
Job Responsibility:
Serve as the first point of contact for tenants, owners, and vendors via phone, email, and in-person
Answer calls regarding rental inquiries, maintenance requests, and coordinate responses
Prepare lease agreements, tenant correspondence, and manage property files
Update databases and maintain accurate records of property activity
Assist with scheduling property tours, inspections, and contractor visits
Support office administration with filing, invoicing, and supply management
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
real estate or property management coursework preferred
Minimum 1 year office experience in property management or related field
Strong phone experience and commitment to excellent customer service
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and property management software
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and communicate clearly
Strong attention to detail and professional demeanor
