Job Responsibility:
Serve as the primary point of contact at the front desk, welcoming visitors and handling inquiries with professionalism
Manage inbound calls, ensuring prompt and courteous responses to customer and client needs
Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling, and data entry to support daily operations
Maintain office supplies and ensure the workspace is organized and efficient
Utilize Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, to create reports, track data, and manage documentation
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and address administrative challenges
Assist with receptionist duties, including directing calls and maintaining accurate records
Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity
Contribute to a positive and proactive workplace culture by showing up consistently and demonstrating eagerness to learn
Support various office functions as needed to enhance productivity and operational efficiency
Requirements:
Previous experience in administrative or front desk roles is required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, is essential
