We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations at a real estate company in Dallas. This is a Permanent position suited for someone who is comfortable managing front-desk responsibilities, handling incoming calls, and keeping administrative tasks organized and up to date. The ideal candidate brings strong coordination skills, clear communication, and the ability to maintain accuracy across a range of office support activities.
Job Responsibility:
Perform administrative duties for multiple brokers in a timely and accurate fashion
Prepare tour schedules, market surveys, proposal summaries and other transaction documents
Produce multiple reports and graphs for client presentations
Navigate multiple database platforms for research
Professionally interact with clients and leasing agents via phone and email
Assist other administrative assistants as needed
Other duties as required
Requirements:
Previous experience in administrative support, office coordination, or a similar support-focused role
Ability to manage inbound calls and receptionist responsibilities with a courteous and attentive approach
Strong data entry skills with careful attention to accuracy and detail
Comfortable performing general administrative office duties in a fast-paced environment
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities
Proficiency with standard office tools and basic computer systems
Nice to have:
