Job Responsibility:
Coordinate and maintain schedules and calendars for senior leaders
Assist with the planning and coordination of meetings and company events
Prepare and distribute memos, letters, forms, and other correspondence
Manage incoming phone calls and communications
Organize and maintain both digital and paper filing systems
Welcome and provide support to office visitors
Track expenses and prepare related reports
Remain knowledgeable about current office procedures and policies
Complete additional administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years' experience as an administrative assistant
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Experience working with office management systems and procedures
Nice to have:
Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
Additional certifications as an administrative assistant or secretary are an asset
