Robert Half is seeking a highly organized and dependable Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and help maintain an efficient, professional work environment. This role is responsible for handling administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, managing communications, and supporting team members with a wide range of office functions.
Job Responsibility
Provide administrative support to management and staff
Answer phones, respond to emails, and greet visitors professionally
Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and coordinate appointments
Prepare correspondence, reports, and other business documents
Maintain filing systems, records, and office documentation
Order office supplies and support general office organization
Assist with data entry, expense tracking, and basic reporting
Coordinate mail, packages, and deliveries
Support special projects and other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
Previous experience in sales support, administrative support, customer service, or a related role
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Customer-focused mindset and professional demeanor
Nice to have
Experience with CRM systems or sales tracking software
Background supporting inside sales, account managers, or business development teams
